It works as per the counter flow system,this is completely leak free and welded.It has a modular constructon.

Compared with the traditional preheater, this Hexagon plate pre-heater has high density of the heating
surface , good corrosion resistance, long service life, compact structure, cover the smaller an area, pressure drop is small, low leakage coefficient.
The Counter-flow system has high efficiency,vertical gas channels,and easy cleaning.
