Models manufacturing technology:

B) The model hull will be coated with 2-3 degrees fiber glass and epoxy resin as the protective layer.

D) Signal lamp, mast device was made from Engineering plastics&plexiglass etc.

E) Hand made anchor and anchor chain, materials will be copper.

F) Models surface will be spray painting many times, finished with automotive paint anti-corrosion surface.

G) The ship model is equipped with a copper instruction nameplate.

Package/Interior:

The models will be wrapped up with 3-5cm(Thickness) foam then bound with bandage.

Exterior:

Wooden cases, the bottom of package is equipped with wheel(with a lock) for easy transport.
